The firm’s principal, Mr Henry Chen, is a member of Institute of Public Accountants (IPA) and a Registered Tax Agent.
He has 30 years of experience in Accounting, Taxation and Financial sector, gained primarily from three prominent CPA and CA accounting firms in the Austrlaian metropolitan area. During his time with these firms Mr Henry Chen had worked on a number of different industries such as: IT industry, Mining industry, Farming industry, Lawer firm, Doctor clinic, Manufacturing industry, Hospitality sector and so on.
He can effectively undertake all types of corporate accounting, taxation and business consultation for all different types of business structures.
He commenced his own practice as OZ Henry & Associates in November 1999. Since then, the number and size of customer portfolio has grown considerably, including some notable franchises and companies such as: Wok in Box,
Jamaica Blue Café, Swanzone Pty Ltd, SF International Pty Ltd.,Quinns News & Post Office, Ferngrove Wine Company, Miss Maud Swedish Hotel and so on.

As a CPA accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance, and over 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, I also bring leadership experience as a director and accountant at Star Rise Accountants.
